Phase 01 : Can I build?

Let me buy you a coffee and lets have a conversation. Tell me all about your project. Tell me all about your vision for your home. And then we can talk through the specifics so you can answer the infamous “can I build what I want to build” question.

Phase 02 : Should I build?

In this phase you will have all the information to answer the question on the table “Should I build?”

Based on conceptual floor plans and exterior renderings, we will be able to gather numbers and pull together conceptual budgets for your build. These will become your working construction budget if you continue to move forward with the project.

Phase 03 : Lets get ready for the build.

From conceptual budget to permit in hand, this phase of your buildpath journey gets you ready to build. The only question you will have left to answer is “Who should build my project” - and we are happy to help you with that one too.
